Fantastisches Erlebnis: Hello, everyone, Five years ago I moved to Lüneburg for professional reasons and also registered relatively quickly as a complete beginner at Crossfit Lüneburg. Now that I'm moving back to my home country, I'd like to share my impressions with you: The box is just great! Neat, clean and really very well equipped. However, the unique CFLG community was much more important to me. The coaches are all very qualified, always focus on the technique and are challenging but always friendly. The training has always been a lot of fun for me personally. A special highlight for me were the team workouts on Sunday. I thank the entire box for the really great time and can really recommend CFLG to anyone who wants to push their physical limits and also have fun and experience an incredible community. Fantastisches Erlebnis: I went to the trial training for the first time with a very friendly Alex as a trainer. Great motivation and very detailed instructions on the exercises. Fantastisches Erlebnis: I avoided a trial lesson long before I thought Crossfit was only for super ambitious, quasi-competitive athletes. Fantastisches Erlebnis: Really impressive what is conveyed here. No matter what fitness or requirement. Everyone is welcome with no pressure or commercial thoughts. Top devices, neatly maintained, in sufficient numbers. The coaches pay close attention to technology, performance level and support. Very good here too. Last but not least, a great community that welcomes everyone, regardless of their level, and supports them in an honest, friendly but also demanding manner. Simply honest and clear!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Professional training, healthy training and demanding training. The studio is really very clean and the equipment is very well maintained. No worn or safety-critical device, so you have the feeling you are the first to use it. You can buy drinks and protein feed on site. Showers are also available, which are free of charge and, above all, very clean. I can only recommend it!

The risk of injury is there by very low because the load of the technology is adjusted. The Equipment is the Hammer Almost everything from Eleiko is just fun to train. The cleanliness of the box is really exceptional you could definitely eat from the floor.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Perfect training! You are pushed to the limit. You learn many and perfectly executed Crossfit techniques. Have also trained in other Crossfit boxing, which were not as good as CrossFit Lüneburg and also neglect techniques which in the end leads to the opposite effect of the sport. It is worth it .. ;)
