The whole thing leads to an atmosphere that always pushes you to your limits. What I like best is that you are not just any "customer" here, but rather the head coach actively asks for feedback and constantly develops his offer - for example by designing the WODs, integrating strength training, purchasing equipment or additional mobility courses.
