Fantastisches Erlebnis: For me, Barbara Jakobs is the best yoga trainer I have ever practiced with! I went to her after the birth of my son because I was pretty drained by the combination of being a mom and being self-employed. In addition, my knees and wrists hurt from carrying children. From the first moment she enchanted me with her smile and loving nature. I forgot the rest of the world for 1.5 hours every week and meditated in motion. Since then I've been more balanced and all joints are pain-free! That gave me yoga with Barbara with only one exercise a week! I recommend her yoga classes to all my patients who have musculoskeletal problems or who need an emotional balance. And I only get positive feedback from them. Dear Barbara, thank you very much for the health and balance that you make possible for us!
