Negative Erfahrung: Sehr schlechte Organisation. Nach 6 Wochen hat man mir mitgeteilt, dass auf meiner Reha-Verordnung noch die Diagnose fehlen würde, obwohl der Reha-Verordnung ein Brief zur Diagnose vom Arzt beigefügt wurde und ich persönlich die Reha-Verordnung bei einem Mitarbeiter von ProSana abgegeben habe. Die Verordnung ist seit 6 Wochen bereits von der Krankenkasse genehmigt. Terminbeginn zum Reha-Sport konnte mir nach 6 Wochen Wartezeit immer noch nicht mitgeteilt werden.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: My wife and I (both in our mid-60s) have been members of ProSana for 2 months and our first conclusion is unanimous: we are thrilled! The ambience of the bright, spacious rooms with modern, well-maintained equipment alone makes you want to do something for your health. And the consistently committed, always friendly employees do their part. A special compliment to Susanne for her courses, which are characterized by professional competence and efficiency, and to Daniela for the cheerfulness with which she makes our back training almost a pleasure.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I am very happy about my membership in ProSana Salem. Thank goodness I finally took that step. I always go there with great joy and motivation, because I feel very comfortable there. It's made so easy for you. You have to feel comfortable there. Everyone is really very friendly and lovely. I am sincerely grateful for that. I would particularly like to highlight the courses in Salem with Susanne on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They're great fun. I'm inspired every time. It feels so good. Susanne is unique, above average, extraordinary, fantastic Fitness trainer with outstanding competence. It's a hell of a lot of fun with her!!

Positive Erfahrung: Good modern studio. With physiotherapy. Friendly staff. Good rounded concept. Not a pure "muscle room".
