Fantastisches Erlebnis: As a sports student, I was always skeptical as to whether 20 minutes of EMS training could replace normal training - now I haven't done anything else for almost two years. Training with Martin and Hans is fun, challenges and brings results I can recommend it to anyone who needs a professional training partner and doesn't have a lot of time.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Hello everybody, First of all, I would like to say a big compliment to Martin, who personally loves me very much about his positive attitude to life. He is always friendly and highly motivated in his work. In short, a man with heart and soul in his field. He deals wonderfully with every concern and always has a solution for certain ailments when the body is not quite up to par. Personally, I was able to personally convince myself during the test training of Martin that it is just right for me to stay fit. EMS has been my sport for about 18 months and I remain highly motivated to achieve my goals, and Martin contributes a great deal to this. My complaints, such as back pain that was permanent, are blown away by this sport. Even if some joints are no longer properly intact, EMS is ALWAYS GOING. Even when it has come back to the pain occurred, they were no longer perceive after an individual and experiential training. Keep it up…… I can only recommend it !!!!!!!!!!

Have scoliosis, Martin helped me to get my back pain under control and to make everything else look nicer and tighter . Quality of life has increased extremely and 20 minutes of training a week can be planned well.
