I've been training on the special equipment for back training together with one of the trainers for a good 8 months now. It's fun, lots of nice people and my back is better than it's been in a long time. I can only recommend it to anyone with back problems!

Countless visits to the doctor, chiropractors, osteopaths, injections and medication helped in the short term but not lastingly. After a detailed history and inventory, an individual training plan was created for me. The vital parameters such as B. the blood pressure is monitored and recorded. In physiotherapy, combined with cardio and endurance training, an awareness of posture, body awareness and general condition was awakened in a very short time. The pain has become significantly less, the back becomes more mobile with every month of training and you catch yourself more and more often in everyday life with the correct posture :) Therefore: 5 out of 5 stars

Fantastisches Erlebnis: In January 2014 my problems with the sacroiliac joint were joined by an "almost herniated disc". "You really have to do sports now!" said my doctor. Coach Peter Simons got me back on track at the Innofit Back Training Center (RTC). Today, after more than four years, I am completely symptom-free and well-trained. My wife's compliment - "You got a super figure!" is always an incentive. The Innofit has become indispensable for both of us. Thanks to Peter and his team !!!
