Fantastische Erfahrung: Absolutely to recommend. I'm still totally excited. I've already trained in 2 other studios, but nobody comes close here. The admission interview and the device instruction was extremely detailed, informative and precise. Personal wishes are catered for. And also on health restrictions - e.g. how you can still train well with a herniated disc. You can tell that the trainers are very well trained and know what they are talking about. The whole studio is super clean and tidy, the equipment is amazing. You get a training plan that is individually tailored to you. The app for this is also totally crazy :) I am extremely happy to have registered there.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Incredibly good studio. I'm actually from Berlin and was only here to visit. It was quite surprising to me that a studio of this quality and size could be found in a rural area. I've never experienced that. Even our big city studios can hardly keep up. Hammer Strength is great anyway. Totally clean. I'm not used to it either. The staff was also very friendly and courteous. All in all more than satisfied. If I'm in transit again, I'll be happy to come back to train.

Fantastische Erfahrung: What do I find great here? That I can train here without having to look like a catalog model. Nobody is looked at from an angle here when they have more on their hips, not wearing the latest collection or not standing in front of the weights like Hulk. The coaches are super friendly and do a great job. The instruction on the devices as well as the personal and individually tailored training plan round off the whole thing. Another plus point is the cleanliness, both in the studio and in the wellness area. If you want, you can also train in the open air, or just switch off there.

There is also an outdoor area for exercising in the fresh air. Sauna, massage, solarium in the end everything you need.

It was also the first studio with 24-hour opening times. The outdoor area is interesting. No other studio has either. For me it fits perfectly because I can also train hard here. Showers are free. 95% perfect for me and my training.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I go there for training at the beginning of the month and have to say I couldn't imagine it better. The trainers are friendly and very competent. The studio is super furnished with a friendly atmosphere and it never seems crowded. The opening times are of course awesome. This means you never have excuses why you can't train. I recommend it to everyone who wants to do sports and is limited in time. Just awesome !!!
