Fantastische Erfahrung: Very modern gym with an incredibly wide range of services. It has everything you need for daily training and much more. Above all, the cleanliness can be emphasized here and it is not too crowded. The many members are distributed quite well over the whole day so that you don't have to wait forever for the devices, as in other studios. There is a very nice wellness area and Walid and his team of trainers ALWAYS take the time to answer questions, to carry out the exercises and to correct the training plans. I can only recommend it and I'm glad I switched there. ‍♀️

Nobody is a number here who only pays their contribution, but otherwise please don't ask any questions. In fact, it's incredibly difficult for me to define myself: This gym just completely captivated me: After a long & involuntary (due to illness) "time out" it was clear to me even after years that I ONLY wanted to train HERE again! With all the trimmings, the N 20 is not just any studio that you drag yourself into to finally calm your bad conscience - no! It's more like an attitude towards life, a break, a time for yourself... to recharge your batteries, strengthen yourself, feel good, recover, relax, etc. In the N 20, every moment feels like a vacation and "arrival". Life is slowed down and you can enjoy the balm for the soul to the full here - regardless of whether you need company or just want to train and/or relax a bit for yourself! Other important points that speak for this studio and which I personally value are cleanliness, attention to detail, the modern zeitgeist, humanity, a trained eye, the right health and fitness concepts, respectful interaction, the open ear, the appreciation,... I could go on and on with sooo many points why it is worth becoming a member right here in this studio! For me the conclusion is very clear: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 huge, wonderful stars!) …And could I forgive more: I would always choose the highest score because I'm just a really big fan of the N 20 and of Walid & his great team! After nothing worked, I did the metacheck, and with the right training and advice, I quickly lost my weight. The PT is a lot of fun, you reach your limits but you don't have the feeling of failure. Fantastische Erfahrung: The N20 is the best gym I've ever trained in! Why? Because training there, like nowhere else, is tailored to the individual needs of the individual. I am 54 years old. In my sport-dominated life, I have already trained in many studios. Nevertheless, some time ago I suffered a manager's illness (too much sitting: at the PC, in the car, in meetings ...) in the form of a so-called "frozen shoulder". The result: extreme pain and ultimately inability to move in the left arm, along with permanent back pain in the lower lumbar region. My orthopedic surgeon recommended that I avoid weight training. Walid refused to accept quitting training. He was convinced that we could do it again with a training plan tailored to my needs. We immediately replaced the equipment training with EMS, a training method with the help of electrical impulses that I wasn't even aware of before. After my body regained its basic tension, we switched to personal training. In addition to a special workout program, we are now training on the machines again, but always under the supervision of a trained trainer. Walid's many years of experience as a sports teacher and fitness trainer are always impressive. Whenever my body reaches its limits, it changes the exercise so that damage can never occur. Sometimes I also use the wonderful wellness area. The warmth after training is really good. There are certainly fitness studios that offer their machine park for little money. But you don't get professional all-round support like in the N20. How often does it happen that you sign a contract with a lot of enthusiasm and find out after three months that you only pay the contribution, but don't feel like training anymore. I've been training in the N20 for more than three years. Walid and his well-trained team motivate me to keep going. Regular training is really good for me and my body. My orthopedic surgeon thinks my body is now in good shape again.
