Fantastische Erfahrung: For 13 years, I have my practice here and continue to feel very comfortable. Since I only treat women and specialize in gynecological disorders, this is the ideal location for me. The team is very friendly, colorful, the ideas innovative. The members come from all over Munich and come from different professional branches. Also prominent international guest visits come to us monthly. The combination of cooking school and sport is exemplary. I also like to eat the delicious soups at the reception and my patients know their babies and children cared for in the loving child care. This is an exceptional service :-)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very appealing ambience, friendly staff, clean, comprehensive range of courses, personal care is excellent for individual needs.

Positive Erfahrung: Kinderbetreuung not suitable for 2 or 3 years toddler They should have place for the sleeping babys. I paid for one month and every time I check out they tell me I should pay and I didn't pay. I will not be able to finish the month membership because of tha bad experience

Fantastische Erfahrung: Absolute recommendation - clean, friendly, versatile, bright, just to feel good! As a teenager I attended the dance courses at mysportlady and was a big fan! Now and then I need the studio with one of the many sports cards and I'm completely thrilled every time. There is always enough equipment, the courses are really great and lovingly made, the team at reception is always friendly, coffee/snacks/shakes are extremely tasty and the sauna rounds off the perfect fitness stay really well - thank you for being there . For me you are one of the best studios in Munich! ✌

Fantastische Erfahrung: The studio is very, very clean and very nice and bright. Very nice team, especially Jana is super nice. I am very, very satisfied, I can only recommend it. Great yoga, pilates and many other courses. And after the courses you can go to the sauna to relax and just feel full. Unfortunately I am no longer a member because I now live a little further. Fantastische Erfahrung: Finally I can do sports in peace without being stared at all the time

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been a member for 4 years. During this time, the studio has been completely renovated and has become a real feel-good place. The course offer is very varied and the instructors competent. The yoga room with its oak parquet and the floor to ceiling windows on two sides could not be nicer. I like that there are always discreet, but fresh floral decorations in all areas of the studio. A healthy little thing for eating and drinking can be taken in the beautiful entrance area while sitting comfortably on the sofa or in the armchair. The employees are committed to all concerns. You just realize that this studio is driven by the high vision of giving women much more than just fitness. Here I could really win / win inner stability.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Super studio, modern and familiar. I have been there for 1 month and thoroughly enthusiastic. They have excellent customer service and very helpful and courteous staff. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fitness and wellness studio. Price performance is top.

Fantastische Erfahrung: One of my favorite studios in Munich.

Fantastische Erfahrung: It was my first time at My Sportlady yesterday. 90 minutes spinning at Thomas. I liked it very well. Excellent wheels with silver click pedals (not the cheap, shaky black plastic), good hourly build, pleasant volume. Very nice staff at the front desk. The studio is open for vegan nutrition, there are many devices and opportunities for individual training (freestyle). A small wish I would have: shower bath samples, if you forget your own. As in Yoga on the Angel or Fitness First. Thank you for giving it to you. I'll be back.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great programs for kids.

Positive Erfahrung: It's different from a typical gym. Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff. No music from speakers - I love it. The equipment is not the newest, but the bikes I tried have good software and are connected to the Internet. They have 2 bikes with seats that have back support - super lazy, but perfect for people with back problems. There is an area with mirrors where you can exercise on your own. They seem to have special services for mothers (taking care of children). Also a lot of Yoga around, but have not tried yet. There are two types of sauna, including 90 degrees Finnish sauna that is actually 90 degrees :) So far the best gym I have found in Munich.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The best gym I've been to (and I've been to several, both national and internationally). A very personalised and integral service, huge variety of lessons and very pleasant facilites.
