No matter what goal or problem you have, you only have to talk to one of the trainers and you take the time to listen and find a solution. The atmosphere is just awesome! The training is always fun and you just feel good :) I think I have finally found a fitness studio in Mrs. Sporty, where I don't feel like after a month and no longer go, but where I can finally achieve my desired weight with training and nutritional advice !!
