Fantastisches Erlebnis: I started my membership around 2011. At the beginning I got a professional introduction to the equipment, as well as an individual training plan to achieve my goals. The plan was updated with me and as needed. I was also able to train during pregnancy and with a baby (in the front carrier / on a blanket). The trainers were approachable every time, the courses varied and always a positive atmosphere. A plus is the sauna or the sauna area. But I think it's especially great that this year (2020) they are putting so much effort into making training possible for everyone (via Zoom), presenting delicious recipes via social media and developing a creative challenge for the 1st lockdown that really made me feel at this time did well. Mon-Thu & on Sundays there are online courses from Yoga, Muscle X-Press ... There is something for everyone. The whole thing also free of charge for members and non-members! Conclusion: honest and deserved ***** !!!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I live near Hamburg and take part in the online yoga course with Eike, I am happy about this opportunity, because my course does not take place on site because of the lockdown and is very limited online. My highlight every week is the course with Eike: perfect instruction, varied exercises, highly professional. Eike lives yoga, it can be felt in every cell of the body. In addition, the trainers provide free videos of their courses and I can train and practice regardless of the course time. Sympathetic, highly professional trainers. I can do that I highly recommend the Fitness Factory in Nienburg!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Simply the best fitness studio in Nienburg, everything is covered very well and the employees always treat and advise the exercisers excellently.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: It's a great studio for me. The fitness equipment is in top condition. Of course, that sometimes it turns out to be one, because it is broken. But that's the rarity here. And if it does, the problem is resolved fairly quickly. The new cardio equipment also makes a lot. Coaches are there for you around the clock if you have questions or problems.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Not only, but especially during the “Corona period”, the Fitness Factory and above all the trainer Lukas proved to be my lifesaver. Without the motivation, the perfectly organized training via video chat, as well as the workouts outside (strictly according to hygiene regulations), I would not have got up from my sofa. Although (or because of that) it is very exhausting every time and I have had to overcome the inner bastard quite often, it is always great fun. Of course, one shouldn't forget the rest of the team, which has always been courteous, professional and courteous.

It is a well-equipped studio with a warm, family atmosphere; you are greeted friendly with names and feels like friends . But especially during the last, corona-drawn weeks, I was overwhelmed by the commitment of the entire team and amazed at how much motivation keeps us, especially trainer Luke, busy with almost daily online and outdoor courses and his social media presence! Varied workouts, nutritional tips, app recommendations, a creative 21-day challenge during the lockdown and much more made for variety and prevented me from falling on my head. I am also impressed by the fair handling of membership fees during these tough times. Many thanks to Luke, Bruno, Detlef and everyone else! Otherwise, I regularly visit the varied range of courses and then like to use the wellness area; especially the infrared sauna against sore muscles. If you are looking for competent trainers, a modern studio with state-of-the-art equipment and a family atmosphere, this is the place for you! Best gym, best team ❤

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Good equipment in a cool atmosphere (just renovated). Friendly, well-trained staff and a good selection of shakes.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great gym with nice staff who take care of you and help, if you do not do an execution properly or if you do not know a device, will be a nice help. On top of it, the mood is relaxed and informal, so I always go out with a smile. Feel-good factor is guaranteed! :) I have been logged into this gym for more than a year now and that will not change that fast.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been at Fitness Factory for a few months and I have to say that I feel very comfortable there. I think you can train in peace and the studio is big enough so you do not have to wait to get to the equipment. I come to rest, Power me out and go out with a smile. The staff I find extremely nice and attentive. For questions they are always very friendly. I always enjoy going to this studio and would definitely recommend it.
