Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very nice, modern gym with a freshly renovated wellness area. Family atmosphere, friendly and qualified employees / trainers, high-quality equipment (which are always kept in good condition), great courses, ... The wellness area with a log cabin sauna (90-95 ° C) in the beautiful garden and 3 different relaxation rooms (one of which is a winter garden) is particularly impressive. Particularly noteworthy: drinks service (hot drinks, soft drinks, sparkling wine / beer and (protein) shakes)! Sauna infusion can be done individually by the guests as desired. Everything is very clean, you can use WiFi free of charge in the entire studio and there is plenty of parking space right in front of the door. The studio is never overcrowded, even after work during the week you can always find enough free equipment and a place in the sauna. However, there are 2 minus points for: - the short opening times (during the week only until 9.30 p.m., Saturdays 6 p.m. and Sundays 4 p.m.) - the abdominal press (trains the triceps more than the stomach; unfortunately, I cannot do hypertrophy training on the abdomen on the device)
