Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very familiar studio with very high-quality equipment (Milon), which are automatically adjusted to you by card. Of course, the first adjustments are made together with a trainer, who are all super friendly. Then just put the card in and train, you can increase the load yourself at any time. A complete workout in the normal strength-endurance circuit takes 35 minutes and if you set the load correctly, that's enough and you're at your limit. There is also a second circuit and stretching stations. And... only normal people train there I've been there for 3 months now, feel very comfortable there and also notice significant changes through the training
