Fantastisches Erlebnis: I feel very much in good hands and it's always a friendly encounter. Karina Keller yoga lessons are always very varied. Movement and relaxation are very good for body, mind and soul. I can only recommend.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Nice rooms, very calm and relaxing yoga for me. In my view, the instructions and meditations are spoken in a very attentive and loving way, so that the spirit of yoga can be felt. It will be m.e. usually not very much paid attention to exact exercise execution. If you have yoga experience no problem ... if I wanted to learn it from scratch, it would not be "teaching" enough for me ...

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Quiet, pleasant atmosphere - the perfect counterpoint to hectic everyday life! Katrin goes into the individual participants, explains a lot and gives helpful information and tips on the asanas, breathing and meditation exercises. Each hour is individually designed so that it never gets boring. The rooms in the expanded cowshed are pleasantly cool in summer and comfortably warm in winter thanks to infrared heating, furs and blankets. I have been very satisfied for over 2.5 years!
