Fantastische Erfahrung: Good - Better - Steinhof! After 9 months I am more than satisfied: much fitter in everyday life, more agile, stronger with 20kg less weight. No more back pain and knee problems. Fle-xx circuits and Egym circuits are ingenious training opportunities on high-quality equipment. Supplemented by great courses such as team rowing, indoor cycling, perfect body and others. Skillcourt is another highlight: every development begins in the mind! Many thanks to Matthias and his team. Especially for the great patience with me and my many questions, especially about nutrition, which Matthias always answered very competently, true to the motto: not only do, but also understand. Matthias always responds to me and my goals and wishes. You are not just one number among many. Many thanks for the valuable support to the entire team. I always like to make my way to the Steinhof: the next destination in sight!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Nice trainers, if you have any questions you always get an answer. Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been training at the Steinhof for years and especially like the family atmosphere. Since the change of ownership last year, a lot has happened. It was redone a lot, not only visually, but also in new equipment was invested. I was very excited about the running analysis followed by a 6-week running training of my daughter. With all respect, for what ??? The fitness club is without a doubt getting a bit old and too small. 2 stars for the advice and the many great years I had here at the beginning of the 2000s, unfortunately, not much has changed since then, just the price, nothing bad, that's my personal opinion and too expensive for me, but the tastes and the wallets are different. Edit: I registered today, with the studio owner we have found a good solution that suits both of us. My first impression was not entirely correct, but a lot has been renewed. So I'm happy to be able to train properly again. I still think the 65 euros is ok, you have something for the money. In comparison to the other studios, it wasn't much more expensive. The proximity was also decisive for me

The Steinhof is modern, clean and you will always be well supported by trainers and advise. Unfortunately I can not use the studio due to my move. Fantastische Erfahrung: I had registered at Stenhof about 1 year ago my experience that the best Firnesscenter in the area. I always felt in good hands, I was always helped when I needed help. Also the TOP courses. Since I am going to move for private reasons, the owner came very accommodating to me. CONCLUSION A great gym where every euro has the value of being in your own health. I was and still am enthusiastic about the warmth and openness of the staff there.

Fantastische Erfahrung: 5 stars go to Karin for the child care. All mommies who want to get fit again and want to keep their children in good hands are in the right place at the Steinhof. Karin does that with a lot of love and commitment and that for years. The advantage is that the little ones can build a proper bond. Unlike other studios, Karin is a solid and enduring force. In other studios there are often changing people and sometimes still students. With Karin you can train calmly. I really recommend it, even with very small babies. The kids have fun and getting used to the kindergarten is certainly much easier. I also find the coaches very committed and competent. I would like it if there were special offers / tariffs for mothers on parental leave.

If you have questions about weight loss, trying new devices, you can always come to the trainers, they are happy to help and advice Again and again there are renovations in the studio a year ago there was a new circle, before 2 Mon. there was again new equipment, last week the entrance area was renovated. For each of the courses wants to prove an offer exists. For the studio also speaks, the young people who have left the studio to test in a new studio, come back again, because you like it here but best.
