After several physiotherapists I ended up here. 1 appointment in March and since then injury-free. I can only recommend Maria (I only know her first name) she helped me a lot.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been there once or twice a week for the past 7 years. And I enjoy it...still. Even though I've moved in the meantime and have to drive 30 km for it. Nice team, great atmosphere. In addition, a rich program with equipment training and individual coaching. Also centrally located in Ochtrup with good parking facilities directly in front of the house.

TVs are everywhere for entertainment and music. Furthermore, many courses and rehabilitation sports are offered. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: LesMills courses with top trainers. The courses are so good that I don't use the training area at all. Although this is extremely well equipped with eGYM devices. So no annoying adjustment of the devices necessary. In addition, specialist staff is always available. If you are looking for a gym in and around Ochtrup, you've come to the right place.
