Fantastisches Erlebnis: Friendly team and feel-good atmosphere. The studio is very personal and you are welcomed. There are many different courses, there is something for everyone. Abdominal Legs-Butt, Spinning (Cycling), Yoga, Rehabilitation Courses, Tabata (High Frequency Interval Training), Zumba & Dance Classes for Adults and Children. In addition, many devices, free weights, e-gym digitally-based circuit training, and drinks and a bar with protein shakes or just coffee. To relax there is a sauna area. Was already in some gyms, but I like this best so far.

Trainers can also be seen more often in the area, friendly staff. Audience reasonable. Free weights sufficient there. Overall, price / performance is not really correct when you look at the opening times and equipment.
