Fantastisches Erlebnis: I became aware of the studio through a friend and have been enthusiastic about it since the first training session. I really didn't think it would be so much fun and my back pain is gone too. Only to recommend :)

Positive Erfahrung: What makes EMS training at Fitness&Co in Rheda-Wiedenbrück so special? In my opinion, it's definitely the coaches. - For everyone to have fun - always manage to motivate you - You don't go home in a bad mood - Training is individually adapted to the wishes

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Young team, very relaxed atmosphere with good demands in training. Water is provided without being asked, the shower on site is super clean and the registration process is uncomplicated and yet technically well advised. Prices despite better performance among the local competitors... for me it's a no-brainer.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: A super friendly team! If you have back problems, I can really recommend EMS training to everyone.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: First, kudos to the whole team. You are great. Motivated, attentive, competent and nice. I haven't seen it like this in other studios. The studio is easy to reach and parking is not a problem. If there is no free parking space directly in front of the door, you can easily switch to a large, public parking lot. Technically everything is in good shape (as far as I can tell). The studio is super clean and tidy. I like coming to training and you can already see the results.
