I have never experienced a fitness studio in which one was advised so well. Today I took my mother with me and arranged personal training. She broke a vertebra last year and is still very shaky in general. But today's training was perfectly tailored to her, they asked about the complaints and how it came about. The exercises were then perfectly tailored to her !! The training was tailored so well that she had no pain during the training and is now on cloud nine afterwards. My training is also perfectly tailored to me and I am still infinitely satisfied! Thanks again for everything !!!!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great gym. I'm only doing courses here. That's the advantage of this gym, that you can only attend courses for a small price. Because I do not like to train on the devices and would not use them anyway. That's why you only pay for what you use. Many good courses. I prefer to Zumba, because the coach is great. It's really great. It's really fun and you do something for the character. But other courses are great, such as stomach, legs, butt or Fatburn. I can only recommend the gym.
