I was allowed to get a taste of every course (self-defense, Qibo, back training, boxing, personal training etc.) there was also the balancer for the lymph and extended fat burning The trainer puts together a plan for you and helps you every step of the way. The atmosphere is great and you feel like you're at home Keep it up!

Very cozy and lovingly designed. Fits perfectly with the family atmosphere Many different courses (fitness, self-defense and and and) also offers around lifestyle ... Fantastische Erfahrung: The way is just professional. You are in very good hands. You meet people there who want to change something and find it right there! From my point of view, it is highly recommended for people who have problems with injuries in their joints. I can only say ... thumbs up! -)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Die Art und Weise ist einfach Professionell. Man ist menschlich sehr gut aufgehoben. Man begegnet dort Menschen die etwas verändern wollen und es genau dort finden! Von meiner Seite aus sehr empfehlenswert für Menschen, welche Probleme durch Verletzungen in den Gelenken haben. Ich kann nur sagen....Daumen hoch!-)

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've tried a lot over the years (fitness studio, circuit training, yoga ...) but this full-body training surpasses everything!
