Fantastisches Erlebnis: Die Yogastunden von Sigrid sind toll! Wenn es mehr als 5 Punkte zur Bewertung gäbe, würde ich sie aufstocken!!! Jeder Kurs hat etwas Neues, Sinnvolles und fürs Leben Brauchbares! Ich kann die Kurse bei Sigrid nur weiterempfehlen.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The hours have given me a lot and I'm looking forward to the next few hours !!!! My back pain is less after every hour. The pleasant and calm atmosphere is the right one for me.

Ms. Sigrid Gross is very competent, I watch and listen to her with enthusiasm and would be happy if at some point I could do half as much as she did. Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have been attending Sigrid's yoga school since 2013. Here, further steps for physical and mental development are always promoted. Extensions were also possible outside of their traditional yoga style (by attending various workshops together). Mutual inspirations take place between the pupils and her so that they do not take a standoff. She knows how to balance beginners and advanced students with appropriate exercises, without overwhelming anyone. So without question a competent yoga teacher PUNKT
