Fantastische Erfahrung: In short: all around the best gym I've ever trained in - Pleasant training atmosphere - New and varied devices - Competent and friendly trainers - individual advice The McShape is located in a shopping center on the first floor and therefore offers sufficient parking space and, most recently, 24-hour training. The studio: The studio creates a special atmosphere with its modern design. This motivated me directly to want to train there. The trial session really convinced me because the studio has a large selection of different training equipment and an extensive, very attractively designed free weights area. From the classic weight bench to a fitness circuit, there is really everything your heart desires. And this is completely independent of your own training level, so that everything you need for training is available for fitness beginners as well as for experienced people. In the upper part of the studio there is even an area with various devices that are supposed to help you stretch properly after training, which I personally find to be a great help, as I tend to neglect stretching at the end . If that's not enough relaxation, you can (depending on the freely chosen scope of the contract) still relax on a massage bed or in the sauna. I haven't currently used these options as the hot shower after training has been enough for me so far, but I think I'd like to sign the extended contract soon. The trainers and the individual training plan: Without exception, I can say at this point that all trainers are really very friendly and they fully support you in realizing your training goals there. Since I've been training for a while, I didn't get an introduction to the equipment at first, so I was able to easily get an appointment for a training plan if I wanted to. As a result, I ended up with Niclas Bierey by chance, who created a split plan for me at my request. Not only did he go through the equipment with me individually, he also took a close look at how I did the training and gave me lots of valuable tips. Even after creating the training plan, he now comes to see me regularly and asks how the training is going. He showed me alternative exercises without any problems when I noticed that I couldn't cope with an exercise. I was very positively surprised by this, because I didn't know that from the other studios where I trained before. He motivates and supports me during training and is a great help to me. Thank you again for this! I am really very satisfied with McShape Überlingen and can only recommend everyone to make an appointment for a trial session there so that they can convince themselves of it on site.

Today I received an introduction to the vibrating board from the "boss ". Wow - an incredible improvement in my handicap in my right leg (torn muscle in a moped accident). I'm going to tighten that up now - let's see how it develops. Climbing stairs has always been a problem. The machine made it really easy - jippi. Thanks!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Per: Pretty, spacious and well equipped overall. Interesting design, definitely cozy and (so far) clean. Mind. 4 times a week spinning courses that are even good (compared to other providers in the region). The cardio devices have YouTube / music, etc. and are available in sufficient numbers. The Stair Master is also there. ;) The situation: You are practically in Kaufland immediately after training. : D There are any cool circles that are unusable for me personally, but the fact that they are offered partly justifies the high price. And so we come to ... Cons: Above average expensive. If you want to use courses and fitness and wellness and circles and maybe only want to have a 1-year contract, you pay up to 79 euros per month. You have to put up with that, because on this side of Lake Constance the gyms are generally much more expensive than in the (big) cities where I trained before. Also, it is not so flooded with students that 20-40 euros contributions are the standard. That's why I don't subtract a star, it's subjective and due to many factors. You have to decide for yourself whether you are willing to spend so much money. It is also not the case that you only get basic equipment - the offer is varied and the studio is rather luxurious. The force range is actually somewhat small in relation to the cardio range. But for that you really have a lot of space where you can train functionally (also with weights and TRX). The Crossfit Box is also a great idea. So full marks from me!
