There is an e-gym circuit, cardio machines, normal weight training machines, courses, a Five stretching area, clean showers and toilets, and two saunas with a relaxation area and terrace.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I went to the Aktiv Health Center for the first time today and was very impressed. The fitness trainers were very open to show me the equipment and explain what is important in this center. Here there are always trainers on site who measure precisely and adjust all devices precisely. For me this is new territory. But they all made it easy for me not to feel so unsportsmanlike. The breakfast left little to be desired. Overall, I felt very comfortable. Many thanks to you trainers for having so much fun and joy at the start. The rooms are very versatile. There are even 2 sauna areas. I was allowed to test 3 machines and I really liked it. Therefore the 5 stars for friendliness, openness and absolute competence.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I actually ended up at Aktiv Wiedenbrück for work and felt drawn here straight away. I knew that I absolutely had to do something for my health and I found the right place here. Absolutely great instruction by very competent and personable trainers ... very nice feel-good atmosphere and very good advice. I feel very well cared for here and look forward to further training with and with you. Thanks for everything and for coming here!
