Individual care at its best - tips and assistance are also given during the training, for example how to do the exercises better/more correctly. The trainers are very competent, open and hearty. The training method is modern and targeted, just great!

Positive Erfahrung: The family concept is right for me. I always enjoy coming to training, even if it sometimes takes some effort. I think the new offer with the recovery boots is great. Due to the size of the training area, there is little changing room and no showers. If you can cope with it, you have to adjust to it.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: After a break of about five years from regular sports (experience at Mrs. Sporty Wachtberg), I had my first trial session in Rheinbach today. Right from the start I felt cared for and valued. The training is again more modern and adapted to individual needs. I expect that I will have the same positive experiences here as I did in Wachtberg. The body changes were incidental as there is no pressure of any kind to compete or compare yourself to others. The concept of Mrs. Sporty is ideal for me. But it's also important to feel comfortable. And I could feel the positive atmosphere today. I'm looking forward to the training and the people.

In return, you get a training program tailored to your own needs (with a duration of 30 minutes, it can also be easily integrated into a busy everyday life) and attentive trainers who are at your side with advice and action. You will be greeted personally and there will also be a hearty laugh. A nice contrast to the anonymous studios where I never lasted long. If you want, you get additional offers - outdoor sports, nutrition plans, etc. I like coming and going home with the good feeling of having done something for me. Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been at Mrs. Sporty's in Rheinbach for a number of years and I feel very comfortable there. It is important for me that we women can train among ourselves. My back problems have improved significantly and I have gained more energy. There is a very personal training plan for each participant. I've accomplished so much in a short amount of time, I'm so glad I signed up. It never gets boring, the training sessions are super effective, it's varied and you just feel comfortable there from day one. The great thing is that you can train so flexibly, there is no time stress compared to fixed courses, I like to get ahead and stick with it :-)

Support you in your own personal goal and always have time for you. Especially the personal care is sooo different than in usual studios. It's like family! Whether it's super cute Christmas mail or a card for your birthday, you feel welcome and enjoy going to training - you're happy to put up with the sore muscles afterwards.

Es ist ein schönes, kleines und angenehmes Fitnessstudio. Ich fühle mich bei mrs.Sporty Rheinbach sehr wohl. Begleitet wird das Training durch qualifizierte, super freundliche, hilfsbereite, für jeden Spaß offene und humorvolle Trainerinnen, wodurch eine angenehme und lockere Trainingsatmosphäre geschaffen wird. The functional training programs are set individually and rounded off with step choreographies, which change every two weeks. Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great team of trainers, always pays attention to the correct execution of the exercises, even if the "briefings" have been through for a long time. Regular adjustments to the training plan, even at short notice, if, due to e.g. acute restrictions, only certain areas can be trained or have to be mobilized. Training suitable for absolute beginners as well as very sporty women, as everyone receives their absolutely individual training plan. No classic equipment, that significantly reduces the risk of injury if you train outside of the supervised times and makes it possible to insert the familiar exercises at home in between times if you cannot schedule it. Super pleasant tone and very personal approach.
