Fantastische Erfahrung: Nach meinem Bandscheibenvorfall bin ich ins fitnessstudio zum Reha sport zu dem Inhaber sherif gegangen das mir sehr gut tut. Ich hatte auch einzel Training bei sherif was sehr gut auf meine Schmerzen abgestimmt war. Heute bin ich fast schmerzfrei. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich hatte sehr starke Hüftschmerzen und mein Hausarzt hat mich unter anderem an das Fitnessstudio STZ Rheinstetten verwiesen. Der Inhaber "Sherif" hat mich persönlich betreut und alle Übungen waren hervorragend abgestimmt und haben mir sehr geholfen. Ich bin sehr dankbar für ALLES! Gerne kann ich ihn an alle Leidensgenossen*innen weiterempfehlen.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Der Trainer (Chef ) ist absolut empfehlenswert, sehr kompetent. Er erklärt die Übungen, nimmt sich Zeit und macht ggf. diese uns auch vor. Er erläutert den Zweck und die Vorteile ganz genau. Trainer ist immer bestrebt, dass der Kurzteilnehmer zu seinem Ziel kommt. Auch gibt er zusätzlich Empfehlungen, wenn man persönlich mal ein körperliches Problem hat. Die Kurse finden meistens überdacht im Freien statt, was ich pers. sehr toll finde. Auch sind die Trainingseinheiten abwechslungsreich, jede Woche ein anderes Programm. Was ich besoders an Sharif mag, ist seine direkte Art, denn nur so kommt man zum Ziel. Ich empfehlen in 5/5 weiter.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Here you don't look at where you work or which company the fitness clothing is from. The human counts. It is checked exactly how the condition is, what complaints or problems of a physical nature are present and what goals you have. Training plan is created and each device on the plan is explained by the trainer. In addition, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The customer is treated individually. My daughter and I feel very comfortable there

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great studio! Very friendly staff and Sherif is a very loyal owner. Corona rules are implemented very well. In general it is a very nice studio with a great indoor and outdoor area. Large course offer included. If you have any questions, there is always competent help. The STZ Rheinstetten is in all Highly recommended in matters of concern.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been a member for almost two years and feel that I am in very good hands. A competent team is at your side with advice and action. The selection of courses is also great, there is something for every age.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Even in Corona times ....... ...... a place that lets body and soul breathe! The corona rules are optimally implemented, the mask requirement is only overridden on the training equipment, disinfectants are available everywhere, the equipment is meticulously clean. The newly designed outdoor training area is particularly beautiful - I am very happy to finally be able to train regularly again after a 10 week break. Thanks to the entire team!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Today I was back in the studio for the first time after the corona break and got a briefing from the boss at the beginning of a tour. Everything is well organized. You hardly notice any of the restrictions, but they are still functional. Everything done very well. So let's go you don't need to be afraid

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very positive experience after the corona break. Great importance was attached to compliance with the Corona measures and well signposted which is now permitted. Due to the 1.5 meter distance, no devices were removed and so there is the possibility to train as before the corona interruption (apart from distance rules, etc.)

Fantastische Erfahrung: The trainers are very competent and friendly, so I feel really in good hands and looked after.

Fantastische Erfahrung: After the Corona break, we were back at the sports therapy training center for the first time. The team has put a lot of good thought into how the hygiene concept can be implemented. And we have to say that it is very well done and understandable. We also found it good that the team took the time to explain everything to us (and many others who were there for the first time again today) in detail. So you could ask questions and we just felt well picked up. We are happy that we can now train again and have a good feeling about it. Many thanks for everything!
