Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been training with Roman and his team for a few weeks now and I'm thrilled. Who dares the step into a new, fitter life, it will not regret. Great care, no matter what problem you have. The training is specially tuned and controlled for you. You always have a contact person. What's really great is that here you will find people of all ages, whether fat or thin. It is primarily about the human being and that makes Roman's studio different from the others. Everything is very clean and tidy. There are also many courses included z. B. dancing or kickboxing. There is something for everyone here. What's new always starts with the first step, so dare and get your life on track. As the saying goes, a healthy mind lives in a healthy body. Greetings Angelika B.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Super club! A variety of simulators. Usually not very many people. Coaches Lisa and Roman are very competent and responsive. Roman always helps with technology, answers all questions, knows perfectly how the body functions, a super specialist! And the attitude of the club staff is always very polite and friendly.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have been registered in the studio for almost 5 years and almost call it my second home. The owner Roman is not only competent but also a good friend with whom you can talk about everything. The staff are all very nice and are available for questions and answers. All in all, I can only recommend this gym to everyone!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very cozy gym with people of all kinds. There is no urge or pressure, everyone trains as they can and the only difference is how long they have been doing sports. Sport is a marathon, but that doesn't mean you have to break up. The trainers are friendly and very responsive, like most customers. And there is a small sauna that hardly anyone uses, so if you want a sauna for you ...

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I am recently registered in the Vitalis gym. The trainers are all very friendly and helpful and of course the most important thing about being competent. Training plans are created together and problems and your own wishes and goals are discussed. Really great for training.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have been visiting the fitness club Vitalis for a very long time and am extremely satisfied. Train up to 5 times a week, here are courses offered to stay fit in old age. The courses with fascia and courses like balance inspire me daily. Under the guidance of Roman, I was able to get pain-free and am always happy to get advice from him. Be it for back strengthening or strength building. His staff are very lovable and friendly, it is really fun to train here. I hope I can do that for the next ten years.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I used to be totally dissatisfied with my body, so it happened that I wanted to change something. Through a friend I became aware of this gym. After a short call, I quickly had an appointment for a trial session and subsequent consultation. The coach Roman had encouraged me directly, was very friendly and there was nothing to complain about his advice. He is simply the best. Meanwhile, I train regularly and for a long time and thanks Roman I have incredible success, because he was always there for questions and a courage, if you ever doubts and wants to give up. I'm really grateful for everything and would always decide for the gym again !!!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been looking for the right fitness studio for a long time, but I haven't found any good ... by chance I came across the Vitalis and I can really recommend it to everyone! It's really great there! There is really nothing to complain about! I am trained there by a trainer named Roman and I have to say I hardly think there is a better one like him !. He takes time for each individual thinks very carefully how he can bring each person to their goals. If you are not motivated, he will motivate you and he is simply a very good support! I am glad that he is my trainer and that I chose this gym!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: It's a nice gym run neatly. Roman is the best personal trainer I know he has so much expertise and is incredibly professional. I'm a physio myself and therefore know what I'm talking about because I myself in the industry work and not only know him;) He is an excellent motivator he helps with both physical pain (shoulder, back, knee, arthritis obesity). Just as he helps you mentally and it's goal-oriented. Training's success = 5 stars!
