Fantastisches Erlebnis: A large, high studio. A large selection of devices spread over two levels. Of course, barbells and dumbbells are not missing in sufficient quantities. From the great team there is always someone on site who can help you with words and deeds. I've seen many studios this is the best.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Top! Very nice trainer and great training atmosphere. No. 1 in Wendland and Lüchow anyway. Opening times, campaigns and support tiptop! Have improved my posture in 3 months, no more back pain and 1cm height increase. Everything under very, very professional guidance. Now the muscle training begins more and more according to a new training plan - here too, some successes have already been recorded (my body fat percentage dropped from 23% to 17% in just 2 months, weight loss in 3 months almost 10% with noticeably more muscle mass). The trainers always keep an eye on the protagonists and understand how to motivate and always give helpful tips for the previously postulated training goal. In addition, festivals and actions are always held; this is very helpful for networks outside of sporting activities. Somehow a big family in the "Kraftwerk" ... sometimes it hurts a lot if it doesn't work out for scheduling reasons ...
