Fantastisches Erlebnis: family atmosphere. Nice young, mostly dynamic employees. Members range from very young (kids) to fairly old. Especially meeting the older one - Poster - is worth a membership. .

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I was one of the first to start back then. Back then California, then Integra. In the meantime I've traveled a lot in world history but never found such a great studio again. Always an open ear, good advice and someone on the floor who corrects if the exercise is not clean (health comes first). Was like a big family and the motivation to go to training was always there. I'm not a bodybuilder more someone who wants to keep fit and define the body. I've never experienced a weirdo in the whole time, everyone trained properly together. And you could always get advice and support from the "big ones". Thank you Andi, Rado, Thomas and many others. Reiner and his great team, I won't list them all, are great and I recommend everyone to train there. Thanks to Dirk Schröder for building this great studio back then. Now my Wikungskreis is in Magdeburg and I rarely come to your region but when I'm in your corner I like to stop by for a coffee. LG. People

Fantastisches Erlebnis: A very nice and well-kept gym. You can train very well here and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Everyone who wants to do something for their health is in good hands here.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great atmosphere for training. Nice trainers, flexible opening times, and alternative practitioners and masseurs are also in the house. The use of the sauna is always included, that's great! Even if not everything is super new, this studio has a lot of charm! I like to be a member here! :-)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Family climate and really good advice in all areas, whether it's nutrition issues, doing the exercises or creating a workout plan. The showers are clean and hygienic as well as the sauna. Equipment leaves nothing to be desired no matter if strength training or cardio, also you can play squash and badminton there.
