Fantastisches Erlebnis: Although I am actually a sporty man, I discovered the FT Club for myself. Since the courses with max. Individual coaching is available at any time for 12 participants. The club is very familiar, which creates a pleasant atmosphere and invites you to relax. The courses are structured so that there is something for everyone. In addition, exercises for difficulties or other obstacles are spontaneously adapted by the trainer for each participant. In addition, new exercises are always added so that a course is not boring. The prices are definitely justified if you know what kind of work and passion goes into the club. I am currently working abroad for a few months and already miss the training in the FT Club.
