Fantastisches Erlebnis: I hadn't done any sport for 30 years, then by chance held the flyer from karafit & physio in VITALIS in Dossenheim. It was said to be fit in 35 minutes, I couldn't believe it, because ... 35 minutes, there is no excuse, you can get that in a tightly timed professional life. The advice, the modern technology of the equipment, the introduction and the support, everything was so convincing that I actually started this fitness program at the beginning of this year. In the meantime, I can no longer imagine my life without these 35 minutes, which I treat myself three times a week. It is unbelievable how individually these high-tech devices are adjusted and work efficiently to your own condition and body constitution. There is no incorrect load possible and the build-up of strength and stamina takes place at an unbelievable rate. I would never have dared to dream that you can build yourself up in such a short time. I feel good all round, especially since I mostly just sit for many hours of the day at work. I highly recommend karafit & physio! Competent and personable specialists and supervisors on site, this proven effectiveness "fit in 35 minutes" made it possible for me to have an increased quality of life. Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very competent and friendly team! No long waiting times, beautiful practice rooms, lots of modern equipment and therapy options. I was already being treated by two therapists and every time I was satisfied with the care and, above all, the result of my therapy, because my years of back pain were finally gone. In addition, the practice is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and even short-term appointments were no problem, with my full schedule optimal!
