Fantastische Erfahrung: Simple on the outside, but great on the inside. My first impression when I saw the building for the first time was that it was probably just a small village called "Mucki Bude". "There's definitely not much going on here." was one of my first thoughts. The outer facade, which was affected by the adjacent railway traffic, did the rest to reinforce this impression. But as you always say, it's the inner values ​​that count and, in my opinion, they can really be seen. I have to disappoint anyone who expects a fitness studio à la Mc Fit. There is more than enough equipment out there to train almost any muscle. However, there are always only 1-2 devices per muscle group. That’s enough because it’s just not that full. In addition to the "equipment room" there is an extra free weights area and a course room (where maybe someone could finally upload the plan * twist your eyes *). In addition, there is a sauna in the rear area with a relaxation area, but unfortunately no real cold shower to cool off between sauna sessions. The employees are all super nice, friendly, helpful and always available for a short chat between two sets. The clientele of the fitness club should not be underestimated or even neglected, everyone is there and everyone says hello to everyone or is ready to help for a short time. Summary: Yes, there is still room for improvement, but in my opinion the positive facts still prevail. I like to train here and I will continue to do so. That's why I give 5 out of 5 dumbbells today.
