Fantastisches Erlebnis: The training is great and very varied, sometimes with and sometimes without EMS. In addition, I had Mirith and Melanie draw up training plans for the gym and for at home. And after just 3 or 4 training sessions, my back pain, which I've been struggling with for some time, was gone. That would have saved me a number of doctor visits and physiotherapy sessions. Mirith only had to look at the execution of 2 exercises.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great team with a very committed boss, effective and crisp workouts, individually adapted to the respective customers - I can only recommend it. I always enjoy being there.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Trainings here are effectively professional and personalized in brief. Subscription costs a little more than a normal fitness center but it's worth it.
