Fantastische Erfahrung: Hello everyone, all in all I'm really happy with my membership here. At first I was a bit put off by the rather high price compared to conventional fitness studios, but I decided to do a trial session and was thrilled. The training is very varied and, due to the use of EMS, demanding and exhausting. The personal trainer, who accompanies you during every training session, also pays attention to the correct posture and load. So you get a much more intensive workout than in conventional fitness centers and you don't run the risk of injuring yourself. I am really enthusiastic and now use the training very regularly. With the in-body measurement, I was able to see very significant improvements after only 5 months. So I can only advise everyone to do a trial session. Thanks Patrick

Positive Erfahrung: I came across EMS training through a trial offer. After 20 minutes of training, it actually feels like 2 1/2 hours at the gym. Changing rooms, showers, lockers and personal trainers are ready for you. It is also possible to get water every time if you should have forgotten to drink at home. Theoretically, you don’t need more than your sports shoes, water and a towel.
