Fantastisches Erlebnis: I love training with the guys and gals in the lounge. It got me really fit and I always come home energetic and happy. The team is great and competent, everything is very clean and professional. I don't have to drive far and am back home after 45 minutes. I've been a member for over 1.5 years now and would definitely do it again.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been active in the EMS Lounge Neustadt since September 2019 and I'm just thrilled. The trainers are super friendly and competent, the premises are clean and bright. The training unit is very effective, all muscle groups are stressed evenly and I have already had great weight loss success. Knee problems are also no excuse, units can also be trained while sitting Another plus is simply the time factor, with EMS I need 1x 45 minutes a week to train, in the gym 2 - 3 hours several times a week .... I'm sticking with it

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I can recommend this training 100%! The trainers are always friendly and motivated. You have the necessary feeling that you are challenged, but still not go beyond your limits. Positive reinforcement also motivates you. The training is super effective and cannot be compared to other sports. I don't want to miss this training anymore! What I would also like to mention ... The hygiene standards are very high. Everything is disinfected and the 1: 1 training almost excludes an infection with corona, which is important for potentially high-risk patients. Training is only allowed with an FFP2 mask. So clear 5 stars from me and kudos to all trainers!
