Everything was explained very well and the trainers gave you a good introduction to the fitness equipment. The employees are very competent and you are always addressed personally by name, The courses are also great and always well attended. There are also courses that are supported by health insurance companies, e.g. B. Balance course (special back training by Dr. Kühne) I have already taken this course twice and it has helped my back a lot, you can move better again, have a better posture and anyone can take part even if they are not a member of the gym is. There is also a sauna, something could be improved, more comfortable relaxation furniture. Otherwise I feel very good, I do sports 3 to 4 times a week, and since then I've gotten very fit again

There are different payment models, so there should be something for everyone and the additional offers are impressive. And don't listen to all the complainers and complainers here who give 1 star because they haven't read the contract properly and find out that 24 months means: Member for 2 years. Or people who thought they were getting something for free, holiday repayments or similar pacifiers. You get top quality here and it doesn't cost € 19.90 a month.

Everything is available, from cardio machines to strength machines to special rehab machines. Group rooms for various courses. Changing rooms and sanitary areas very clean. Additional services such as beverage flat rate can be booked. I am very satisfied and after my rehab for the back I will definitely continue.

Training according to your wishes / goals. Seminars, motivational competitions, modern equipment and much more ... Trainers are there for you and with advice and action.
