Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been in the gym for over half a year and have been very well received. Everything was explained very well and the trainers gave you a good introduction to the fitness equipment. The employees are very competent and you are always addressed personally by name, The courses are also great and always well attended. There are also courses that are supported by health insurance companies, e.g. B. Balance course (special back training by Dr. Kühne) I have already taken this course twice and it has helped my back a lot, you can move better again, have a better posture and anyone can take part even if they are not a member of the gym is. There is also a sauna, something could be improved, more comfortable relaxation furniture. Otherwise I feel very good, I do sports 3 to 4 times a week, and since then I've gotten very fit again

Furthermore, the team continues to educate itself and is "up to date" in medicine and research. As a member, I can just say thank you and take positive energy home with me every time after training

There are different payment models, so there should be something for everyone and the additional offers are impressive. And don't listen to all the complainers and complainers here who give 1 star because they haven't read the contract properly and find out that 24 months means: Member for 2 years. Or people who thought they were getting something for free, holiday repayments or similar pacifiers. You get top quality here and it doesn't cost € 19.90 a month.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Super care by several trainers. Good rehab offer. Expandable through various offers. New pricing for the entire studio very attractive. Everything is available, from cardio machines to strength machines to special rehab machines. Group rooms for various courses. Changing rooms and sanitary areas very clean. Additional services such as beverage flat rate can be booked. I am very satisfied and after my rehab for the back I will definitely continue.
