She helps us with problems and is always ready to listen to us. But the fellow athletes are just great too. We are a team and stick together. Everyone here helps everyone. The martial arts that we do is possible for children from 2 years. Kung Fu, Taekwondo, Thai Boxing and Qi Gong are offered. There are really a lot of great workouts. There really is something for everyone, young and old. I've been a member of the Asia-Sport Akademie Sulingen for almost 4 years and it's just great. I have learned what respect means, have learned to behave in a friendly manner and my self-confidence has increased.
