Fantastische Erfahrung: Small but fine studio with a family atmosphere. When you're in your mid-fifties, you're far from old. Clean facilities, sauna, solar and an extensive fitness program are mandatory in the "Medico" sports studio.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very nice gym with relaxed people and pleasant atmosphere, compared to other studios it is very familiar and comfortable. You always feel welcome and are quickly absorbed into the community because the people here are in the right mood. Everything is there, what you need, whether muscle building, endurance training or sauna area, there is something for everyone. Of the "old hands" you can also get tips and hints if you have questions or need encouragement. It's just fun to train here and the vanilla protein shake is just delicious !!!! I am always happy when I come over and can switch off from everyday life. Is already like my second home ;-) Thank you and keep up the good work!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very nice friendly welcome and atmosphere ... the courses are good. The first participation was exhausting , but I will visit it regularly.
