Fantastisches Erlebnis: Yvi is a trainer with body and soul and with all her heart and soul! She does it really well and the courses are very varied. I did both the postnatal regression and bodega with her and can only recommend it! Keep it up Yvi and stick with it with your heart!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The sports courses at Yvi are great, a lot of fun and are absolutely recommendable! Regardless of whether Zumba, Fitmix or Fayo, Yvi is a great trainer who takes you along with her happy manner and always manages to motivate you.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I can warmly recommend Yvi's gym! Yvi spreads a great mood in her courses, knows how to motivate and impresses with the knowledge that she has acquired on various training courses. She is always up to date and incorporates this knowledge into the lessons. Nothing just pure theory but all practice! :-) The online courses during Corona also bring that good-mood feeling directly into the living room and thus prevent limbs from completely rusting. :-D

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Yvis Gym - always worth a visit, most of them stick with it and the body, mind and soul thank it! I have been a course participant for over ten years, with or without a baby bump, depending on the situation in life, to work out, to dance, for the pelvic floor, the back or just for time for myself. After a session with and at Yvi, I always go home in a good mood and feeling good. Yvi offers a safe place for women of all ages and fitness levels. It feels like a second home where you like to meet to do good for your body and mind. Fantastisches Erlebnis: An absolute feel-good place for young and old. Whether Mama Fit, children's playgroup or fascia yoga, everything is looked after with a lot of passion and expertise from Yvi. The zoom courses are also great. There is a very personal and appreciative atmosphere in the gym. Yvis' warmth is infectious and motivates.
