Fantastisches Erlebnis: I attend a mat lesson every week and I always enjoy training. The studio has a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The trainer offers a very competent and varied lessons. Due to the small number of participants in the courses, everyone gets individual help if needed, in order to carry out the exercises properly. Every muscle feels relaxed after a session, you feel much more agile and the head is free.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Always looking forward to my weekly Pilates lessons !! The Pilates classes really give me a great balance between "turning off everyday life" and "demanding body and mind" and I'm really grounded from the lessons and feel great :-)) In addition: the troupe is really great :-) THANK YOU :-)
