The Tamado team at the studio is very competent and can advise on all exercises. Most exercisers are normal people and not inflated muscles who just look at each other in the mirror all day. That’s also the main reason I love this studio. In an incredibly short time, I got to know a lot of nice people who are happy to help a beginner and with whom I have had good conversations. The studio also has a sauna (!) With a relaxation room, all areas are always very clean, there is a very high quality shake and bio power bar, the studio is open until 10 p.m., all equipment is new and of very high quality, there is always enough Lockers available.
