I never thought that at my age (65) I would be able to reach my current fitness level again. Fantastische Erfahrung: After repeated more or less sustainable attempts and attempts to get fitter on my own and above all to stay fit, I decided to change something. Since I am not a fan of equipment in gyms and I always find an excuse professionally, that never worked for a long time with and without a training partner in the studio. With Stefan and his team, I always have a trainer as a contact person nearby, who motivates me, corrects me as necessary and ensures that I don't do a comfortable "alibi workout". Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been a member of contigo for six months. A lot has changed for me during this time! With various intolerances that I have, weight loss is very difficult, but at contigo I always get tips and tricks on how to best deal with it. Since I started training I have got more muscle, more strength and of course more stamina. On a bad day I get positive impulses so that I can leave the room with a smile on my face. The search was exhausting, when I found Contigo World and met Stefan, it was over. In the first conversation, Stefan explained the concept to me and that inspired me. The way of training is terrific. My personal situation and goals are always dealt with individually. Backgrounds are always explained competently and understandably. Not only did I improve my fitness during the year, gaining strength and losing body fat, but also gaining more body and confidence. Fantastische Erfahrung: Unfortunately, I could not come to the opening of the new premises, but this week I used the free Tuesday and I spontaneously went to Viernheim to let Stefan show me the complete premises. I am thrilled, a big WOW effect alone when you open the door, here you feel comfortable and can be happy to make fit by Stefan or one of his coaches for personal goal. Nothing is missing here, neither in terms of equipment, personality, ambience ... just everything there. Well done Stefan ...... keep it up !!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Excited! Great studio with first-class equipment, professional and individual care. Not at all comparable to "normal" sports studios - you just have to say that. Absolute feel-good atmosphere ... thanks for the mint-ginger water :-). The decisive thing for me, however, is the concept. As little time as necessary for the best result ... this way everyone can get fitter and healthier and overcome the often big hurdle of missing time at every turn. You just have to start and get started :-).

Positive Erfahrung: Chic shop, competent team and great atmosphere. Unfortunately, trainer "Harry" is taller in women than he is.
