Fantastische Erfahrung: After more than 5 years it is high time to give an evaluation. I had a herniated disc 6 years ago and got by on painkillers for almost a year. When it was suggested to me to do sports to strengthen the deep muscles, I went to the Speedbox Wangen. 20 minutes a week, I found it ok. I simply don't have the time or leisure for more effort. Since this time in the EMS Studio I have been pain-free and have never had back problems again. Something positive: the bottom is firm and the waving arms are no longer waving.
