Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been with it for over a year and can only recommend it. Overall, I feel fitter and more comfortable. The team is just great, they cater to their own needs and are super flexible in making appointments. I also did the 28-day life change program there and I am absolutely thrilled. It actually works. Today the 4 weeks were up and I am 7 kg lighter. Just great. Many thanks to Robert and Anna who really motivated me.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Good guidance, very friendly team! I had to take a long break from sports after an operation, after which I was completely unfit. It's different today!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The 20min per week really have an enormous effect: My shoulder is painless and fully usable, I have better posture, I am much fitter and feel more comfortable. Together with the change in diet that was specially adapted to me, I have become 8kg lighter and have been able to significantly reduce my body fat percentage. On top of that you meet friendly and competent trainers and other nice people. Clear recommendation.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: - good, competent trainers - 1 to 1 or 1 to 2 care - flexible training times - You have an appointment and you have to go - the training is fun and effective # muscle building # Strength + Endurance # Pain Relief # Tissue tightening I go once a week and think it's great I've rediscovered my joy in sports and exercise ;-) Small negative aftertaste, it's not exactly cheap :-( but that's just my opinion

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been training with body shapes since summer 2017! My goal: Less back and neck pain and a sporty figure. After a contract break due to my pregnancy, I switched to the Warsteiner Studio. I look forward to the varied and professionally accompanied training units (strength and metabolism training) The friendly, relaxed atmosphere immediately makes you feel welcome. I have NEVER had a bad training session. You do a great job :-)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: A year ago I had a herniated disc and that's how I came to EMS & Körperformen in Warstein. I have now been training twice a week for> 1 year and am as enthusiastic as ever. More importantly, the situation around the back has stabilized and that is absolutely beneficial for private life and the job. A great team from start to finish, always friendly and communicative. Short-term appointment requests / changes are also dealt with here. A clear recommendation from me and many thanks to the entire body shapes team.
