It is suitable for all ages and training goals, because the training plan is individually tailored and, if necessary, adapted immediately. In addition, the training only lasts about half an hour and can easily be incorporated into everyday life. I feel very comfortable here and will stay for a long time!

There is training in a Zirteltaining system that reminds a little of the old Mrs. Sporty Studios, but is much more individually designed and equipped with very modern equipment. There are hydraulic devices that automatically generate more resistance depending on the speed, so that you do not have to set anything complicated, but can switch directly to the next device every minute. This makes it possible for athletes to train different training levels one after the other without having to change large settings. In addition, there are free areas on which you can always carry out individual exercises from the trainers, depending on the training plan and goals. , The atmosphere is great, the trainers are all very well trained and create a nice atmosphere. Conceptually, a lot has changed in the past two years and the range has become more diverse and modern. As a long-term member, it's nice to see how the studio is constantly thinking about improvement without the need for negative feedback from the members.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The training at Sporteve inspires me again and again because there are often new ideas for training in addition to the existing training stations; be it through the use of new equipment or extra training courses. The atmosphere is familiar and the trainers are always very attentive.
