The young team is consistently friendly and competent with exercise and posture instructions. Unfortunately, I had to leave Hamburg for professional reasons and asked for an arrangement for the early termination of the contract. Here I was helped very understandingly and obligingly. Thanks for that and maybe we'll see each other again. I will continue to promote EMS training at SpeedFit among my friends and colleagues.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: What great service! - you enter the studio and are greeted warmly and in a sporty manner: addressed by name, offered a glass of water, relaxed and cheerfully introduced to the new EMS world. After my preliminary power drink, things started and Lucy, my personal trainer, had at least as much fun as I did. So the training session was gone faster than I could see. Everything was super easy: I got the sports outfit on site, the showers were super clean and the delicious chocolate protein shake was set. My conclusion after 2 days: my arms and thighs even seemed a bit smoothed out and I still have good memories of the good mood.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Not only a great program, but also great service. Speed.Fit is super centrally located on Stephansplatz and just a stone's throw away from work. In the lunch break you have a session through and then a good half hour to eat. I was looked after very well and the on-site team was young, dynamic and very accommodating. The equipment and service leaves nothing to be desired. The employees are all nice and very accommodating. If there were any problems, they contacted me and they looked for solutions. The other members I met there were all very cool and also enjoyed the program. I keep going there.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: SPEED.FIT helped me to get back into shape quickly after the corona break. Training is still as strenuous as it was the first time, and I can now adjust the impulses so strongly that they feel the muscles all over the body and not just where the electrodes are. My form has continued to improve over the training sessions and we continue to work on it, especially in the area of ​​the shoulders, I still have a lot to do. But I already notice the improvement in posture and core training in everyday life. On cleanliness and hygiene: Finn showed me today how to put on the electrode suit myself, all trainers wear masks for our protection and the studio offers a lot of space so that we always have enough distance from each other. Both the studio and changing room are always very clean, and thanks to clever time organization, we can also use the shower rooms. My previous rating: It was my first time at SPEED.FIT today and it was a lot of fun. EMS training is physically demanding, although you don't move a lot. I was done after 15 minutes as if I had been doing sports for a whole day. Before and after training there were delicious drinks. My trainer Alex put the clothes on me perfectly and then made me sweat with the impulses. Through various movements and positions we were able to push my muscles even further to the limit. He always paid attention to my attitude and corrected it when I let up. I can only judge whether it helps me to get stronger in this aspect when I come back;)

If I'm not on the screen, cancel my apartment in time, I can hardly blame the landlord - or the mobile operator, when it comes to my mobile phone contract. And (2) "life-threatening" so generalizing, to use absolutely and demonstratively, I consider doubtful. Certainly, every person has a different disposition and reacts differently to food, air, ... or just a specific training method. Like much on the net, you can then understand and leave appropriate comments only as malicious trolls due to their own mistakes or individual problems. Too bad for the team that goes to so much trouble. I enjoy training at Speed ​​Fit and enjoy the results weekly. Whether there is a shower more or less, or whether the old location was beautiful, I also find not really relevant. I am there to do something for my body. At home, I decorate the apartment just as I like it - and not like in the Speed ​​Fit studio. Hope the coworkers can not be demotivated by unqualified "in the net anyway everyone can write, what he wants" outgrowths.
