Fantastische Erfahrung: I thank Dimitri for this incredibly effective training in his modern studio. Even as an experienced athlete, you can learn a few things here and push your body to the limit every time. That was certainly not the last training session with Dimitri.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've only been a customer for about 6 months, a really clean studio and that in Corona time, everything runs on the highest hygiene measures. That's why the studio is allowed to continue offering personal training. I had back pain for a long time and an injury to the biceps tendon bothered me. EMS was recommended to me. Actually, I don't think so, because I tend to train with weights or my own body weight, but I was taught otherwise. Apparently it does help, gradually I can move my shoulder better and my back pain has almost disappeared. We are still working on it. The trainers know what they are doing, go into the individual points and listen to you, don't just knock out a standard 0815 training plan, the main thing is to sell a subscription. So I recommend the studio with a calm soul.

Done with full !! :) Not only that I have finally almost reached my desired weight, I feel much fitter and more comfortable after every workout. Even though I am restricted due to various illnesses. And as a nurse, I finally got rid of my back pain! So only to be recommended;) A really positive enrichment with a super nice and competent trainer who has adjusted individually to me!
