Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've finally found a sport that I enjoy! With happy music I can really work out and keep my entire body fit. Endurance is trained here as well as strength (dumbbells). The trainer Iris is there with a lot of joy and passion and always has a smile on her face. You dare! ;-)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Small fine studio. Everything very personal. This is about people and not about "being seen". The owner is always there for a one-to-one conversation, which is sometimes really good after a hard day's work. After a jumping fitness or dance workout lesson, I always go home completely exhausted and with a smile. ☺️ Keep it up

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have never done sport anywhere for more than six months because it always bored me very quickly! I've been here for over a year and can hardly wait for the next training session !!! It's just fun, you can work out totally and feel like a child at the same time! Iris always has good tips and you can tell that she is having a lot of fun with the thing, is fully behind it and can convey a good mood! I can recommend it to everybody!
