Positive Erfahrung: Small, cozy studio. Lots of good equipment available, a little more choice in the cardio area would be great. The existing equipment is very good, free weights area available. Studio including showers clean and well-kept. In the gold membership flat drink including coffee specialties available as well as hydrojet massage couch and solarium. Nice, personable trainers who create good training and nutrition plans. Members from young to old, the studio has a family atmosphere. The only disturbing things are individual "pumpers" who fill the whole studio with their loud moans and don't believe in studio etiquette.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Small but nice! Everything is there in terms of equipment that you need for successful training! In addition, the staff are always super nice and helpful :) The individual showers and changing rooms also contribute to the fact that I enjoy training here and that I feel very comfortable here! :)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Today I have the trial offer, train for free until August 31, 2020 and try everything out. What I like is that as a member of any VIVA Fitness I can train and have so many options. The individual changing rooms and individual showers are also very nice. The young woman who received me in Ahlhorn was very friendly, which is unfortunately not common in many other studios. I will now test everything for a few days. But the first impression was very good.
