Fantastisches Erlebnis: A gym like you rarely find it! No Chi Chi and no female gawkers, smartphone junkies or mirror posers with the bell wires hanging from the shoulder. There is high quality training on high quality equipment. Family atmosphere with pleasant people. Equipment, furnishings, changing rooms and sanitary facilities are absolutely clean and well-maintained. Quite competent team of trainers who know what they are talking about when it comes to diet, fitness, weight training and rehab and are honest with the athletes. If you want to do something for yourself without being gawked at or spun, this is the right place for you! If you want to pose and drink coffee to get entertainment, you better keep going ..: o)

Positive Erfahrung: Flächenmässig kleineres aber sehr gut ausgestattetes Studio. Kurzhantel in sehr vielen, auch schweren Größen vorhanden. Liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet, so dass Parkplätze kein Problem sind. Zu Stoßzeiten wirds etwas kuscheliger.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Clean little gym. Good room layout. Changing rooms, showers and the entire facility are well and tastefully coordinated. The devices are in good condition and relatively new. Sufficient daylight is always there. The staff is quite competent. It is not crowded and easy to get to from local sports facilities.

On request, there is also a training plan and even the courses (except of course rehabilitation sports) are included in the price. In addition, there are even price offers (trainee, student, partner contract, fire-throwing discount) Highly recommended, we love to go here.
