Progress comes quickly because everyone, whether beginner or advanced, does not miss out in training. The units are varied and promote everything from the entire body. After the training you feel balanced and just generally better/more comfortable. The team and members are all super nice and respectful. No one has to be embarrassed because he/she may not be able to do that much or is a bit overweight. We are all here to get better. Also great are the many training times. Fantastisches Erlebnis: Training is demanding but a lot of fun, a certain basic level of fitness is required. The basic course with Andy is perfect for beginners, but you can also jump straight into kick and Thai boxing with Zeki. In the mornings, the courses are more technical with 3-6 participants, in the evenings more physical incl. 10-15 participants. The majority of the training consists of partner exercises, at the end there is usually 15 minutes of easy sparring on the program. Gloves, bandages, shin guards, etc. can all be bought on site at fair prices. Many thanks to the coaching team and keep up the good work!

There is no distinction based on length of service or experience. The training plan (available on the website) is well thought out and reflects the interest of the F-Kas team in the members. Beginners quickly find their way into the weekly rhythm through targeted training units (on Fridays) and immediately feel at ease. To the location: F-Kas is located in the heart of Neckarweihingen and is easy to reach by bus and car. There are private parking spaces, which are sufficiently supplemented by surrounding (free) parking facilities. There is also a bus stop 50m away, with continuous connections in all directions To the coaching team: The team is just outstanding. I think it's great that a separate beginner's unit was created to get used to and introduce newcomers to the F-Kas training in the field of fitness and technology. I don't take that for granted, as many others practice "learning by doing", which often makes it difficult to get started. To the training: The "normal" training is also well thought out week after week. Every skill level gets its money's worth here. It should be particularly emphasized that the trainers take the time for individual participants even in well-attended units and explain technical processes until they are carried out properly.
